1. Scope of Services

Reddy LabSolutions provides professional mobile specimen collection, processing, handling, and transportation services.

Reddy LabSolutions does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical questions must be directed to your licensed healthcare provider.

A valid laboratory order (lab script) must be submitted before the scheduled appointment to ensure proper collection and avoid delays.

2. Laboratory Deliveries & Courier Services

Reddy LabSolutions ensures timely delivery of collected specimens to the appropriate laboratory.

Reddy LabSolutions is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues occurring after the specimen has been delivered or picked up.

3. Laboratory Errors

Reddy LabSolutions is not responsible for laboratory processing errors.

If a laboratory error occurs, Reddy LabSolutions will recollect the specimen at a discounted rate.

If an error is made by Reddy LabSolutions during collection, handling, or transport, we will recollect the specimen at no additional charge.

4. Billing & Payment

Mobile appointments require full payment in advance to secure the appointment, protect travel time, and ensure proper route planning.

Unpaid mobile appointments may be canceled.

Reddy LabSolutions partners with laboratories, physician offices, and healthcare facilities as an independent contractor.

5. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All bookings are non‑refundable.
• Cancellations made with 24‑hour notice may be rescheduled for a $50 reschedule fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 24‑hour notice cannot be rescheduled and will require a new booking.
• Same‑day cancellations and no‑shows are non‑refundable and may result in loss of future booking privileges.
• Once a collector is en route, the appointment is considered active and is non‑refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must submit all required forms and laboratory orders before the appointment to ensure a smooth visit.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and laboratory information at the time of service.

7. Safety & Environment Policy

Reddy LabSolutions prioritizes the safety of all collectors during mobile appointments.

If at any time the collector feels unsafe, threatened, or determines that the environment is not suitable for specimen collection, the appointment will be immediately canceled.

Because safety concerns require the collector to stop services, all payments will be forfeited and are non‑refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

Unsafe or inappropriate conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Hostile or aggressive behavior
• Presence of weapons
• Illegal activity
• Unsanitary or hazardous environments
• Individuals under the influence
• Any situation that compromises staff safety

Reddy LabSolutions reserves the right to deny or discontinue services at any time if safety cannot be ensured.

8. Drug Testing Conduct & Adulteration Policy

Reddy LabSolutions follows strict chain‑of‑custody standards for all drug and alcohol testing.

Any attempt to tamper with, substitute, dilute, or adulterate a specimen will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

The test will be documented and reported as “Refusal to Test / Adulterated” in accordance with industry standards.

No refunds will be issued for appointments canceled due to suspected tampering, non‑compliance, or refusal to cooperate.

Hostile, argumentative, or disruptive behavior during a drug testing appointment may also result in immediate cancellation with no refund and may prevent future bookings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Reddy LabSolutions’ responsibility is limited strictly to the professional collection, processing, handling, and transportation of specimens.

Reddy LabSolutions is not liable for:

• Laboratory errors
• Courier delays
• Medical outcomes or decisions based on laboratory results

10. Amendments

Reddy LabSolutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to clients.

11. Patient Privacy

Reddy LabSolutions complies with all HIPAA regulations.

We protect all client information and do not disclose personal or health information to unauthorized individuals under any circumstances.
